What changes for you

Almost nothing.

1

2

You send us a payroll report once a month.

3

We match every payment to the carrier invoice, fix any mismatch, and pay the carrier on time.

✓

You never touch the money. No invoices, no deductions to manage, no chasing payments.

The short version

No cost to you

Our fee is built into the premium your employees pay. You never get an invoice from us.

Keep your payroll provider

Works with any payroll system that supports split direct deposit, including ADP, Paychex, Paycom, and UKG.

Live within 5 business days

We handle setup and walk your team through it.

Coverage stays in force

We catch mismatches before the carrier payment is due, so policies don't lapse over reconciliation errors.

Employee setup

Share this with your employees. It takes a few minutes, one time.

1

Get your BnD deposit details

We send each employee their deposit account and routing number during setup.

2

Add it as a second direct deposit

In your payroll portal, add a new direct deposit account with the BnD details, set to your fixed premium amount per paycheck.

3

That's it

Your premium goes to BnD every payday and we pay the carrier. Questions? Call or text (862) 205-5204.

Employer questions

What do we actually have to do? +

Send us a payroll report once a month. Your employees set up their direct deposit once. We handle the rest.

Does this cost us anything? +

No. Our fee is part of the premium the employee pays. You don't get a bill from us.

Do we run payroll deductions for these policies? +

No. Employees send the premium through their own direct deposit, so there are no deductions for you to manage.

What if an employee's payment doesn't come in? +

We flag it before the carrier payment is due and follow up, so it doesn't turn into a lapse.

What happens when someone leaves or changes coverage? +

It shows up on your monthly report. We update our records and let the carrier know.

Is our employees' financial information secure? +

Yes. BnD Payments is a licensed, bonded, and insured Third Party Administrator (TPA).
